In part 1, I pointed out the problem with the fad workouts, quick fixes and boot camps. In part 2, I talked about the defining factors that must be considered when looking into personal fitness. Now we are going to discuss how we get there in the real world.

First of all, you need to know up front that we do not practice the boot camp inspired method of tearing you down by towering over you and cracking a proverbial whip. That just tears you down!

Simply put, fitness/exercise is a science, but it IS NOT an exact science. It must be adapted, changed and related to each and every individual who partakes in any level of exercise. Various factors must be taken into account:

  • Current level of fitness
  • Fitness goals
  • Limiting factors like:
    • Pre-existing or non-addressed injuries
    • Physiological struggles
    • Current nutrition
    • Environment

As opposed to setting class times, 30-Minute Fit is proud to offer SESSION WINDOWS. Monday-Friday we offer 5am-8:30am, 11pm-2pm, and 4-7:30pm session windows. On Saturdays, the session window is 8am-12pm. You are welcome and encouraged to show up anytime during these session windows up until 1/2 hour BEFORE they end...and you have unlimited access 6 days a week!
